Studied Cell Lines |

Description |
Histone deacetylases (HDACs) are reported to deacetylate the ADH1C gene and thereby repress the transcriptional activity of the drug-metabolizing enzyme Alcohol dehydrogenase class-I gamma. As a result, the interaction between HDACs and ADH1C can inhibit the drug-metabolizing process of Alcohol dehydrogenase class-I gamma. |
