Interaction Name |
HDAC8-PGM1 interaction |

Studied Cell Lines |
Lung cancer cells |
Description |
Histone deacetylase 8 (HDAC8) phosphorylation is reported to acetylate the PGM1 gene and thereby activates the transcriptional activity of the drug-metabolizing enzyme Phosphoglucomutase 1. As a result, the interaction between HDAC8 and PGM1 can enhance the drug-metabolizing process of Phosphoglucomutase 1. |
