Description |
Histone deacetylases (HDACs) are reported to deacetylate the SULT2B1 gene and thereby repress the transcriptional activity of the drug-metabolizing enzyme Sulfotransferase 2B1. As a result, the interaction between HDACs and SULT2B1 can inhibit the drug-metabolizing process of Sulfotransferase 2B1. |
